Ardbeg Dolce is the 2026 Ardbeg Day limited edition, an Islay single malt inspired by Italian cinema of the 1960s. It was matured in Marsala Dolce casks as well as bourbon casks, which add a Sicilian sweetness to the distillery's peat smoke.
It is bottled at 47.8% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without colouring.
The flavour is described as apricot and raisins with a smoky peat character and a light note of orange marmalade.
