Ardbeg Perpetuum is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky released to mark Ardbeg distillery's 200th anniversary. This limited edition was bottled by the distillery in 2015 at 47.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Maturation involved sherry and bourbon casks alongside additional wood treatments. Its smoky character is accompanied by softer flavours, with peat smoke on the nose and creamy vanilla and dark chocolate in the tasting profile.
