Heavily charred ex-bourbon cask
Ardbeg Scorch is a single malt released specially for the 2021 Committee. It was aged in heavily charred ex-bourbon casks. Its fiery flavours were inspired by the legendary dragon of Dunnage Warehouse 3. The nose is intense, with smoke and soot, while the palate has bold notes of grilled flare and antiseptic.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
