Ardbeg Scorch is a limited release of Islay single malt, matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has natural colour. The edition was created in honour of the dragon-like character of the heavily charred casks in which the whisky matured. It is described as having intense peat smoke alongside vanilla, toasted spices and a touch of charcoal.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
