Ardbeg Scorch is the 2021 Ardbeg Day release, a limited edition Islay single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. Ardbeg Day is the distillery's yearly celebration, usually held on the first Saturday in June.
The theme that year was a dragon scorching casks, and the distillery used heavily charred casks for this bottling. The charring is meant to bring heavy smoke and spice to the whisky.
