Ardbeg Smokiverse is an Islay single malt made for Ardbeg Day. It is the first malt from the distillery produced by high gravity mashing, in which a highly concentrated wort is run from the mash tun.
The nose combines ripe barley and aromatic smoke with tropical fruit and clove. The palate is fruity and sweet, and the finish carries peat moss and bonfire embers a long way.
