Ardbeg Ten is a 10-year-old Islay single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The ten years were spent in first- and second-fill ex-bourbon casks of American white oak.
The nose combines smoke, sweetness, toffee and chocolate, with citrus and floral notes rounding it off. The palate opens sweet before heavy peat arrives, refined by tobacco and espresso.
