Ardbeg Uigeadail is a smoky Islay single malt bottled at 54.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name is Gaelic and is given as meaning a dark, mysterious place.
It is a vatting of whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks of American oak and in Oloroso sherry casks. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The sherry casks are credited with warm spices, raisins and sweetness, set against the smoke.
