Ardbeg – Wee Beastie 5 Year Old Single Malt Whisky (75cl)

Wee Beastie is a five year old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, in a 75cl bottle. Ardbeg is known for flavours of smoke, salt, iodine, peat and citrus. Its lighter body and marked salinity come from a purifier that hangs under the lyne arm of the stills, which separates lighter alcohol vapours from heavier ones and gives a refined, delicate texture with plenty of concentration. The finish is long, salty and mouth-coating, with hints of cocoa, fudge and savoury meats.
