A 33-year-old single grain Scotch from the North British distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by Ardent Spirits. It was distilled in 1991 and comes from a single cask, which gave 182 bottles at 44% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
The nose is crème brûlée and toasted coconut. On the palate there is vanilla custard, caramelised sugar and warm oak, with a rich, silky, unctuous texture. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering sweetness, coconut cream and a hint of soft spice.
