This is a 2008 Ardmore single malt, an independent bottling by Malts of Scotland at 57.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Ardmore sits at Kennethmont, south of Huntly, beside the railway line from Aberdeen to Inverness, and is placed either in Speyside or in the eastern Highlands. Wm Teacher and Sons built it in 1890. Its stills have numbered eight since 1978, and Jim Beam has owned it since 2005.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
