The whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, which bring sweet notes and emphasise vanilla and caramel.
The nose combines sweet vanilla and fruit with a hint of smoky peat. The palate is intense and rich, with caramel, tropical fruits and a subtle spice. The finish is long and warming.
