Ardnahoe Inaugural Release is a five-year-old Islay single malt, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first single malt from Hunter Laing's new distillery on the island. The whisky matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks. On the palate it is sweet, with peat, crème brûlée, apple, vanilla, lemon and ginger. The finish is long and full of smoke.
