The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso and ex-PX sherry casks.
The nose brings summer berry pie with brûléed apples, lemon meringue and salted caramel. On the palate come pecan and vanilla ice cream, salt water taffy and beach bonfire smoke.
