This is the ex-bourbon bottling from Batch Two of the Ardnamurchan AD/ Heritage Barley release, issued in 2026 in a 70cl bottle. It is an 8 year old single malt, matured entirely in bourbon casks and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.6% ABV.
The spirit is a weighty, oily Golden Promise distillate laid down in 2018. It spent extra time resting in the distillery's dunnage warehouses on the peninsula, which has lent it roundness and depth.
