This is an unpeated single malt from Ardnamurchan, in a 70cl bottle. It spends eight years in ex-bourbon casks, then a further 30 months in casks that previously held Sauternes.
The nose shows apricot, almond, sultanas and wildflower honey. The palate is soft and earthy, with candied fruit and honey. The finish is long and dry.
