This is a Highlands single malt from Ardnamurchan, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is layered and unusual, with nutmeg, toffee apple, crème brûlée, linseed, Seville oranges, cardamom, Manuka honey and nougat, finishing on saltwater and driftwood.
On the palate come grapefruit marmalade, flamed orange peel, ripe pear and peach, followed by sweet soy sauce, gentle minerals, warming Sichuan pepper and a note of campfire.
