A single malt from Ardnamurchan Distillery on the west coast of the Scottish Highlands, in a 70cl bottle. The Paul Launois Release is an annual collaboration with a family Champagne house in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
The 2026 release brings together 12 ex-bourbon casks that were given a final finish in Paul Launois Champagne barriques, plus one ex-bourbon cask bottled without the Champagne finish. Every Ardnamurchan bottle carries a QR code that traces the barley, casks and production choices behind it.
It is described as showing lemon oil, green apple, salty breeze, white stone fruit, a gentle grapey note, floral lift, soft vanilla, light toast and a brioche-like hint.
