The Midgie is a Highlands single malt from Ardnamurchan, bottled at 48% ABV in natural colour and without chill-filtration. It is made from a combination of smoky and unpeated malts and matured in bourbon, port and sherry casks.
On the palate there is sweet caramel, dried fruit and a gentle spice, with a hint of campfire smoke. The finish is soft and lasting, with sweetness and smoke working together.
