Arette Reposado is a tequila made in Jalisco from 100% blue agave. The piñas are cooked for 48 hours, and the pressed juice is fermented naturally in open tanks.
Distillation takes place in copper pot stills, after which the tequila rests in oak casks for a minimum of two months, giving a soft, balanced profile with a clear agave character.
The aroma and flavour are round and elegant, with baked agave, vanilla, oak, caramel and citrus. It can be sipped neat or used in a Margarita or a Paloma.
