Argiolas Serra Lori Rosato Isola dei Nuraghi IGT

Serra Lori is a dry-style Sardinian rosé from Argiolas, labelled Isola dei Nuraghi IGT. It is a blend of the island's Carignano, Bovale and Monica grapes. The grapes have a short cold maceration to draw out colour and primary aromas, and the wine is then fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel to keep the fruit fresh and lively. The colour is a bright pink. The nose is fresh strawberry and cherry with floral touches and a hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate there is good acidity, a balanced structure and a light minerality, leading to a fresh, lasting finish.
