Armand de Brignac Brut Gold is a Champagne from the Champagne region of France, and the first label the house produced. It is a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Pinot Meunier (20%), made from a mix of three different vintages of reserve wines. The bottle is covered in gold by hand and marked with the ace of spades.
The colour is pale straw with golden glints, with fine, quick bubbles. The nose is delicate and fresh, with blueberry, apricot and peach, then candied citrus, orange blossom and brioche. The palate is round and creamy, with tropical fruit and a firm freshness, leading to a silky finish.
