Arminio Brut Riserva Trento DOC - Valentini di Weinfeld

Arminio Brut Riserva Trento DOC is a sparkling wine from Valentini di Weinfeld, made from selected Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills of Trento using the traditional method. It is pale straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows hawthorn and acacia, ripe apple and pear, with bread crust and yeast notes from ageing on the lees. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with fresh acidity, creamy texture and a finish of toasted notes and almond. It suits an aperitif and dishes based on fish, shellfish and raw seafood.
