Armorik Double Maturation (46%)

Armorik Double Maturation is a Breton single malt from France, reduced to 46% and non-chill filtered. The distillery works with a local cooper to obtain oak casks made from Brittany's own forests. The whisky rests in these for many years, then moves into sherry casks for a second maturation. The distillery regards it as a symbol of its values and of its commitment to the Breton terroir, and describes it as elegant and complex.
