Armorik Sherry Cask is an organic whisky from the Warenghem distillery in Brittany, in a 70cl bottle at 46% abv. It is unpeated and matured in sherry casks.
The nose is fruity and intense, with juicy white peach, fresh apricot, subtle vanilla and flint. The palate opens lively, then turns to honey sweetness and fresh fruit such as tart pear, with the mineral note from the nose returning. The finish is warm, with vanilla and oak in a bourbon-like vein.
