A Barolo DOCG from the Monvigliero vineyard, produced by Arnaldo Rivera. It is intense ruby tending towards garnet with age, with subtle mature red fruit, light earthy notes, sweet spice hints and delicate floral aromas. The tannic structure is noticeable but well integrated. On the palate it balances freshness and body, with fruity returns and good persistence; opening or decanting in advance is recommended. It pairs with red meats, game birds and aged cheeses.
