A Barolo DOCG with a sober, complex aromatic profile. In the glass it shows a bright garnet colour, with notes of ripe red fruits, light spicy nuances and an earthy accent that adds depth.
The structure has present but well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a medium-full body that supports the sip while leaving a clean taste. The finish is persistent, with balsamic traces and light mineral nuances.
It benefits from light decanting to open the aromatic profile. Serve around 16-18 C with red meat, braised dishes, game and hard cheeses.
