This is a 10 year old single malt from Arran, the distillery on the Isle of Arran, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. It is Highland in style, even though the island lies far to the south of that region.
Arran was founded in 1993 and released its first single malt in 2005. The 10 year old is concentrated, with vanilla, stone fruit and baking spices, followed by a rich, nutty finish.
