The Millennium Cask is a 13 year old Arran single malt, released as a limited edition of 7,800 bottles. It is bottled at a cask strength of 53.5%, without chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is lively, with an edge of spice. On the palate, citrus comes first, bringing orchard fruits and baked apples, with vanilla, cinnamon and a touch of oak. A little water draws out a creamy character.
