This is an Arran single malt, distilled in 1997 on the island and bottled independently by Woodrow's of Edinburgh. It is 28 years old and bottled at 57.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It spent over 28 years in a refill sherry hogshead, which the Woodrow's team describe as time-worn. Just 222 bottles were released, at natural colour and without chill-filtration.
Expect butterscotch and peaches, alongside Victoria sponge and tobacco leaf.
