Arran Barrel Reserve is a single malt matured entirely in American oak casks and bottled at 43%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no colour added.
The American oak brings vanilla, fresh pears and sweet honey, alongside the citrusy island character that the distillery is known for.
The palate is delicate and balanced, with citrus fruit, sweet vanilla, apples and coastal notes. The finish is lingering, with sweetness from the casks, spice and milk chocolate.
