A 9 year old single malt from Arran, bottled at 51.8% by North Star. It was distilled in October 2012 and bottled in October 2021, with 210 bottles in the outturn.
It was matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and finished in an oloroso sherry barrique.
The nose is toasted white bread and salted toffee butter. On the palate come caramelised pecans, molasses and white coffee, and the finish brings fresh fruit and lemon marmalade.
