This is Machrie Moor, a cask strength single malt from Arran, bottled at 56.2% ABV. Its character is the classic fresh Arran style, with a puff of peat smoke.
The peat is a light touch on the fresh spirit. It was produced at Lochranza Distillery and comes from some of the original, very first peated single malt made on the island.
