This is Arran The Bodega, a single malt from the Arran distillery matured in sherry casks. It spent over seven years in first-fill sherry hogsheads and is bottled at a cask strength of 55.8%. The whisky is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
The name nods to the Spanish wine cellars where sherry casks mature. Its aromas are intense, with dried fruit, ripe cherries, chocolate and toasted oak.
