Arran Sherry Cask "The Bodega" is a single island malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at cask strength, 55.8%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was matured for at least seven years in 250-litre hogshead casks that previously held sherry in Jerez, Spain.
The nose brings toffee, sweet spices, cherry and ripe figs. On the palate come figs, cherry, dark chocolate and mandarin, with sweet spice and sherry notes.
