Duero Discovery is a 12 year old single malt from Arran, released in spring 2025 as the third edition of the Signature Series. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring.
The whisky spent its first six years in bourbon barrels, then a further six in first fill Spanish red wine casks from the Duero River region. It matured in dunnage warehouse No. 4 at Lochranza under Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman.
It is described as a rich balance of oak, ripe fruit and a subtle wine influence.
