Arran White Stag Seventh Release (70cl, 53.4%)

This is the Seventh Release of Arran White Stag, a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from Arran Distillery on the Isle of Arran. It is bottled at 53.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in two separate ex-Oloroso sherry puncheons, and the release is limited to 995 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. The nose is fresh orchard fruits with subtle berry notes. The palate brings layers of honey and sweet spices, and the finish is balanced, with toasted oak and lingering warmth.
