An absinthe from the Grune Fee brand, presented in a 70cl bottle at 70% vol. It is produced by distilling selected herbs, predominantly Artemisia absinthium, anise and fennel, giving a complex, intensely herbal aromatic profile with pungent anise notes and a slightly sweet fennel undertone. It has a decisive, penetrating taste with a balanced mix of bitterness and sweetness. It can be enjoyed neat or diluted with fresh water to produce the typical white louche effect.
