Assenzio Nadal Absinthe 80 Yellow (70cl, 80%)

An absinthe presented in a 70cl bottle, with an alcohol strength of 80%. It is distilled following old recipes, using herbs including grande wormwood, anise, fennel and other botanicals. The result is an intense, complex flavour with strong anise notes and a slightly bitter aftertaste. It can be served in the traditional Parisian way, with cold water dripped over a sugar cube on a slotted spoon, and is also used in bold, innovative cocktails.
