A sparkling wine made from Ribolla Gialla grapes, produced by Astoria in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is made by the Charmat method, giving fine, persistent bubbles.
The wine shows white flowers, citrus and light bread-crust notes from contact with the yeasts during the second fermentation, with mineral notes and a lively effervescence. It works well as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish and sushi.
