ASW – Fiddler Combine John Deere Straight Bourbon Whiskey 8 Year Old (75cl)

Fiddler Combine is an 8 year old straight bourbon made by ASW in collaboration with John Deere, in a 75cl bottle. The release is named Soil to Still, and the two companies worked together for two years to create it. It is a wheated bourbon with 45% wheat content, a nod to the 1947 debut of the self-propelled combine harvester. The bourbon was aged for eight years in a new charred white oak barrel, then finished with hand-harvested, charred Georgia white oak staves.
