ASW Fiddler Toasted Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

ASW Fiddler Toasted Bourbon is a cask strength wheated bourbon in a 75cl bottle. The high-wheat spirit, made with 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley, is column-distilled in Indiana and aged in new charred American oak. It is then finished in new American oak barrels toasted at light, medium and heavy levels at ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia. It is non-chill filtered with no colour added, and the details of each batch are listed on the label. It has won a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The distillery's notes describe fall spices, toasted marshmallow and pecan pie, with the wheat's sweetness deepened into baked, caramelised warmth.
