Fiddler Wheated is the flagship bourbon from ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia, bottled at 46% ABV. It marries the distillery's own copper-pot-distilled high-malt bourbon with a sourced high-wheat bourbon.
It is blended in small batches of just four barrels, and a portion of each batch is double-oaked. The barrels are new American white oak, charred at levels 3 and 4. It is non-chill-filtered, with no colour added.
The distillery's notes mention toffee, clove and citrus. The wheat softens the spice into a buttery toffee palate that is smooth and gently sweet.
