Resurgens is an American single malt rye from ASW in Georgia, in a 75cl bottle. It is a revival of the Appalachian-style ryes of earlier times.
Where most ryes use unmalted rye and corn, this one is made from 100% malted rye.
The result is described as a smooth, chocolatey rye that is complex to sip.
