Auchentoshan 12 is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky, triple distilled in Glasgow. It matures in American ex-Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry barrels, combining sweet pastry and lemon zest with oak, mandarin and lime.
The profile runs from fresh citrus and green leaf notes through vanilla and hazelnut to a finish marked by ginger and lasting nuttiness. It is bottled at 40% vol, chill filtered and coloured.
