This is a single malt from Auchentoshan, distilled on 21 November 2011 and bottled at the distillery on 6 April 2022 at 57.9%. It was finished in a Ruby Port cask, number 94, and filled by hand directly from the cask as part of the Distillery Cask series.
The nose offers red apple and sweet plum with a hint of cinnamon. Juicy red apples, ripe berries and dark chocolate come through on the palate, and the long finish carries chocolate and warm spices.
