This is Auchroisk 10 Year Old, a single malt selected and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail, in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose there is white-fleshed fruit and apple, with honey, vanilla and a delicate hint of cereal and bread crust. The palate is medium-bodied and soft, with a light savoury note and some tannin. Fruit and honey come through, and a thin spicy edge appears in the finish.
