This Auchroisk is a 17 year old Speyside single malt, bottled by independent bottler Whisky Craft at 51.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was finished in Palo Cortado oak, and 195 bottles were released.
The nose offers buttery milk chocolate, salted caramel and a subtle layer of dark fruits. The palate is smooth and nutty, with a syrupy texture that carries the sweetness. The finish is a lingering one of dark fruits with a gentle smoky edge.
