This is a 14 year old single cask Auchroisk from Speyside, bottled by Watt Whisky at 56.7% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023, filling 264 bottles.
The whisky spent 27 months in a red wine barrique. The cask was chosen in May at Kate and Mark Watt's business in Campbeltown by a small group of Danish whisky retailers, for the Danish market.
The flavours are caramel, nuts, marzipan, seaweed, red fruits, cloves and chocolate.
