A white wine made from Sangiovese, vinified in white and produced organically. On the palate it shows notes of fresh, unripe morello cherry, orange blossom and broom, fading to quince on the finish. It is pleasantly fresh, harmonious and slightly savoury, closing with a distinctly floral finish. It suits dishes of shellfish, fish, crustaceans, Oriental cuisine and medium-aged cheeses.
